Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

What does R11 Slip Rating mean?

R11 indicates a high level of slip resistance. This makes the Piazza tile suitable for areas that get wet or require extra grip, such as external patios, swimming pool surrounds, and wet room floors. Standard indoor tiles are usually R9 or R10.

Can I use this tile indoors?

Yes! Many people use R11 tiles indoors, particularly in kitchens, hallways, and bathrooms where safety is a priority. The texture is subtle enough to be comfortable underfoot but grippy enough for muddy boots or wet feet.

Does it need sealing?

No. Despite its realistic stone appearance, this is a fully vitrified porcelain tile. It is non-porous and does not require sealing, even when used outdoors.

Is it compatible with underfloor heating?

Yes. Porcelain is an excellent thermal conductor. The large format of these tiles works efficiently with underfloor heating systems to radiate warmth evenly across the room.

Installation & Care Tips

⚠️ Installation & care

Levelling System: For tiles of this size (120cm), we strongly recommend using a tile levelling system (clips and wedges) to prevent lippage and ensure a trip-free surface.
Outdoor Installation: If installing outdoors, ensure the tiles are laid onto a solid concrete base using a flexible exterior-grade adhesive to prevent cracking from frost heave.
Grout Colour: We recommend a Limestone or Beige grout to blend with the warm bone tones, or a Light Grey for a more modern contrast.
Cleaning: Due to the R11 anti-slip texture, we recommend using a stiff brush or a specialized porcelain cleaner for deep cleans, although it mops clean easily for daily maintenance.
