Fired Earth returns: contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. The complete tile order must be returned; part-order and surplus-tile returns are not accepted. For an authorised complete-order return notified within 14 days, no standard restocking fee applies. We’ll confirm the return route before anything is sent back.

An intricate arabesque glass mosaic in shimmering silver Argentum — Metallic Vitreum from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Each mesh-backed sheet is composed of gently faceted glass, backed with a lustrous colour foil that catches and reflects the light. The result is a softly reflective, jewel-like surface that shifts with the room — perfect for a bathroom feature wall, a shower niche or a kitchen splashback that deserves a little theatre.
The classic arabesque silhouette lends a fluid, decorative rhythm, while the cool silver-grey Argentum tone keeps the look contemporary and refined. Non-porous glass wipes clean in a moment and never needs sealing.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a white glass-mosaic adhesive to avoid shadowing through the translucent glass, and finish with a fine, colour-matched grout.
- Layout Options: Sheets butt together on their mesh backing for a continuous arabesque pattern — dry-lay a section first to align the joints.
- Cleaning: Wipe with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glass is non-porous, needs no sealing and resists splashes and steam; avoid abrasive pads.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
Express delivery: 1–2 working days.
