Before installation, we recommend blending the tiles to achieve the best aesthetic. Unbox and lay out all the tiles to evenly distribute colour and imperfections. Due to their high colour and texture variation, we suggest sampling multiple pieces to fully appreciate their unique characteristics.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

•  Low hanging trees and bridges.

•  Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

•  No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

•  Unfinished tracks and roads.

•  Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

•  Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
