Pink, Yellow And Green, Kept Quiet By Grey
The Eltham floor in Carnation Pink, Hawthorn Yellow, Spring Green, Revival Grey and Dover White, an unexpected palette within the Victorian range, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Three soft colours in one floor should be too much, and it is Revival Grey that prevents it, taking the heat out of the Pink and the Yellow so the Green can hold its own. Dover White then lifts the whole arrangement rather than brightening it.
Each shade belongs to the fired clay rather than to a glaze, at nine millimetres and matt, so the colours have the chalky quality the period expects. Interior and exterior floors are both within rating.

When your order arrives

Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Setting Out: Dry-lay a generous area, because a multi-colour pastel floor reads quite differently at one square metre and at five.
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive and a light grey grout, which holds pastels together where a white joint would scatter them.
- Sealing & Cleaning: Seal the unglazed surface soon after laying; pale colours reward a pH-neutral cleaner and nothing stronger.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
Express delivery: 1–2 working days.
