Where the Wall Meets the Floor: Artworks County White Skirting Tile
A moulded 152 x 152mm ceramic skirting in a soft, creamy white, made to close the joint between a tiled wall and the floor — the Artworks County White Skirting Tile, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
A tiled skirting does what a timber one cannot: it takes water, mops and knocks without swelling or peeling. The moulded profile throws a gentle shadow along the base of the wall and gives a room a proper architectural footing.
It is the traditional finish for a Victorian bathroom, a utility room or a boot room, and pairs naturally with the Artworks cornice at ceiling height. Left and right hand corner pieces are available separately for projecting corners.

- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a white flexible tile adhesive — a grey adhesive can shadow through the glaze — and grout in a soft off-white or warm putty tone, which sits more comfortably with County White's creaminess than a stark brilliant white.
- Layout: Set the skirting out first and tile up from it, so the field courses run from a level base. Measure each wall run in linear metres and allow extra for corners.
- Cleaning: The gloss glaze is non-porous and needs no sealing. Wipe with warm water and a mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads and acidic limescale removers, which will dull the surface over time.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
