Installation & care

Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a quality flexible wall adhesive and grout in white or the palest grey for a seamless, gallery-clean finish.
Layout Options: Lay in a brick bond or vertical stack to draw the eye up, shuffling tiles from several packs to blend the V2 shade variation.
Cleaning: Wipe with warm water and a mild cleaner. The glazed surface needs no sealing and keeps its bright finish with ease.

Tone, glaze and veining can read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free; sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and is refunded on tile orders over £50 using the code emailed with your sample order. Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

How many Borneo tiles do I need per square metre?

Borneo White is sold by the pack of 7 tiles, with each pack covering 1.57m2 — around 4.5 tiles per square metre. We recommend adding 10% for cuts and wastage, which takes you to roughly 5 tiles per m2, and our Ascot team is happy to check your quantities for you.

Can Borneo White be used on floors?

Borneo White is a glazed ceramic tile designed for internal walls only. It is not rated for floors and is not frostproof, so we would not recommend it underfoot or outdoors. For a co-ordinating floor, the Borneo Matt porcelain is rated for internal floors and our team can help you pair them.

How do I clean and maintain Borneo ceramic tiles?

Simply wipe or sweep, then clean with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Glazed ceramic needs no sealing and resists everyday splashes and staining, so it keeps its matt stone-effect finish with very little effort.

Can I order a sample of Borneo White?

Yes — a free cut sample is available. Collect it from our Ascot showroom at 67 High Street, or we can post it to you for a small postage charge. With a V2 tile that varies slightly from piece to piece, seeing it in your own light really helps.
