⚠️ Installation & Benefits
- 100% Waterproof: Ideal for wet areas. The mineral-resin core creates a seal that water cannot penetrate, unlike laminate or real wood.
- Built-In Underlay: Each plank comes with a 1mm underlay attached. Do not use extra underlay, as this can damage the locking system.
- Floating Installation: Unlike traditional parquet which must be glued down, this SPC floor clicks together and floats, making it much faster and cleaner to install.
- Wastage: Remember that herringbone patterns require more cuts than straight planks. We recommend allowing for **10-15% wastage**.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
