Packaging includes four tiles per box, with sales conducted by the box. Please be informed that Winchester tiles and mouldings are prone to crazing. It is essential to seal crazed or crackle tiles prior to installation and again after grouting to prolong their beauty. Crazing may continue over time, requiring periodic sealing.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.
