Product story
A Long Plank For Margins, Thresholds And Straight Runs
At 305mm this is the longest plain piece in the Victorian range, made for the straight runs where short components would only multiply the joints. Seven shades are available from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Its length is the point. A margin laid in long pieces beside a patterned field looks deliberate and calm, where the same margin in short tiles looks busy. Use it to edge a hall, to form the plain surround that lets an intricate centre breathe, or to lay a threshold strip that reads as one clean line across a doorway.
The plank is 9mm thick, formed in vitrified ceramic with the shade running through the entire section rather than sitting in a glaze. Its matt face wants sealing once the floor is finished, and it may be specified for both interior and exterior floors.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Setting Out: Long pieces punish an uneven base, so check the screed with a straightedge before a single plank is bedded.
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible adhesive with full coverage under the whole length, and support the plank until it has gripped.
- Sealing & Cleaning: No glaze is present, so seal after laying and grouting; neutral cleaning keeps the matt surface looking right.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
