Taza Chalk is anything but a flat white. Its lustre glaze shifts from milky cloud to bright ivory across each 10 x 10cm square, with a substantial V4 shade variation that gives walls the softly rippling, hand-dipped character of true zellige.
Made in Italy from glazed ceramic, this compact square is designed for internal walls. Use it to brighten a kitchen splashback, line a shower enclosure, or bring quiet texture to a bathroom, cloakroom or fireplace surround.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible white adhesive and a bright white or soft ivory grout for a seamless finish; blend tiles from several packs to distribute the V4 variation.
- Layout Options: A stacked grid keeps things clean and architectural; an offset bond adds a relaxed, artisan rhythm.
- Cleaning: No sealing needed — wipe the glazed surface with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
