Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.
- Estimates are a planning guide: joint width, tile size, trowel and substrate all change the final quantity. Confirm the fixing system with your installer, or call us on 01344 620211.

Artisanal Chinoiserie: Eastern Mist Pine Single Tile
Introduce a sense of serene, organic luxury to your home with the Eastern Mist Pine Single Tile by Original Style.
A definitive standout in the Living Collection, this decorative tile captures the timeless beauty of traditional Asian landscape art. Featuring a soft, multi-tonal illustration of pine branches set against a misty backdrop, the design is finished with a Gloss glaze that adds depth to the muted palette and provides a bright, light-reflecting surface for your walls.
Measuring a substantial 990mm x 320mm with an 11mm thickness, this large-format ceramic tile is specifically engineered for internal wall applications. Its generous dimensions allow the intricate pattern to remain the focus of the room, offering an architectural weight and prestigious feel that transforms standard walls into curated gallery spaces.

Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.
Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality white flexible tile adhesive. This ensures a strong bond for the large-format 11mm tile and prevents any tonal shadowing behind the gloss surface.
- Grout: To maintain the focus on the design, use a small 2mm grout joint. Tonal shades such as Light Grey or Soft White help the tile blend into the surrounding wall.
- Handling: Due to the 990mm length, these tiles should be handled with care to prevent any stress cracks before installation.
- Cleaning: The glossy surface is highly hygienic. Maintain with warm water and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could dull the protective glaze.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.
