Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.

Pattern Without Contrast
Pentillie printed dark grey onto a grey ground, 298mm of matt porcelain in which the floral repeat is present but never announced by tone, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Most patterned floors work by opposition: a figure and a ground that differ. This one does not. Dark grey on grey removes the contrast almost entirely, leaving the Pentillie florals to be read as a change in depth rather than a change in colour. Cross the room and the drawing appears and disappears with the light, which is a very different proposition from a two-colour floor.
Sizes run 298 x 298 x 8mm. Multiply that out and you get 0.0888m² a tile. They arrive six to a box. The manufacturer's coverage rate reads 11.11 tiles per m². Wet walls, dry walls, dry floors, exterior walls and exterior paving are approved. A wet floor is approved for shod traffic and no more.

Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: White flexible adhesive is still the right bed here. For the joint, a grout close to the darker of the two greys keeps the surface continuous; a pale line reintroduces exactly the grid this colourway was chosen to avoid.
- Layout: Low contrast hides mistakes until the light changes, then reveals all of them at once. Check the repeat direction on every tile as it goes down rather than trusting the box.
- Cleaning: Warm water and mild detergent. Abrasive pads burnish a matt grey unevenly, and on a tonal floor the shine reads as a stain rather than as wear. The recommendation is to seal twice — before grout is applied, and again after residue has been cleaned off the face.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
Express delivery: 1–2 working days.
