Chalk, Dune Sand And Ink In A Fine Diagonal Weave
Holkham Dune warms the gap between chalky Dover White and unhesitating Black, giving this Norwich weave a sandy middle register that photographs badly and lives beautifully from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Three tones is the point here. A two-colour geometric can feel abrupt in a period hall; the dune tone slipped between white and black softens the contrast and lets the pattern read as texture from a standing height rather than as stripes. Step closer and the lattice resolves again.
Black does the structural work, drawing the diagonals and holding the edges. Holkham Dune is the colour that decides whether the whole floor feels coastal or cool, and it changes character against oak, against painted timber and against a stone doorstep. That is a judgement no screen can make for you.

When your order arrives

Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & care
- Setting Out: Set the pattern out from the main sightline and work outward, so the cut tiles fall against the walls rather than across the middle of the floor.
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix onto a sound, level substrate using flexible cement-based adhesive. Grout in a mid tone and Holkham Dune holds its place between the two extremes.
- Sealing & Cleaning: Unglazed tiles need sealing after laying and after the floor has properly dried. Routine care is then simply a neutral cleaner and warm water.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
