Fired Earth returns: contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. The complete tile order must be returned; part-order and surplus-tile returns are not accepted. For an authorised complete-order return notified within 14 days, no standard restocking fee applies. We’ll confirm the return route before anything is sent back.

Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Rivage draws on the warm, layered hues found across Nina Campbell's celebrated fabric and wallpaper designs. Taupe is a soft, greige neutral that shifts gently between warm and cool across its softly undulating surface, while the delicately rippled edges give every tile a handcrafted feel and a beautifully consistent look across a wall. The slim 25 x 5cm brick format is made for splashbacks, elegant horizontal stripes and versatile feature walls.

When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a standard white wall-tile adhesive; a greige or soft grey grout keeps the warm, neutral feel of the taupe glaze.
- Layout Options: Lay stacked, in a classic brick-bond, or as vertical stripes for height; mix tiles from several boxes as you go to blend the natural variation in the glaze.
- Cleaning: Simply wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth — the glazed ceramic surface needs no sealing.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
