Montpellier Portes, a 90 x 60cm porcelain with the soft, weathered look of tumbled French limestone from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Portes takes the cooler, grey-toned side of French limestone in a commanding 90 x 60cm format, perfect for expansive, flowing floors with a soft, weathered finish.
Softly tumbled edges and a gently textured, matt surface give each tile the character of aged stone, while the porcelain body means no sealing and true indoor-outdoor durability.

- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive and a soft, tonal grout. For external and wet areas, specify a frost-resistant, exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay with a 3mm joint, shuffling tiles from several boxes to balance the natural shade variation for an authentic stone-floor look.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. The porcelain body needs no sealing and shrugs off water, staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
