- Adhesive: Use a high-quality white flexible tile adhesive suitable for glazed ceramic wall tiles to prevent shadowing through the glaze.
- Grout Joint: A 3mm grout joint is typically recommended to allow the tiles to sit harmoniously together.
- Sealing & Cleaning: Tile sealing is strictly required for this crackle glaze tile to protect it from stains and water ingress. Seal the tiles before grouting. Maintain the finish easily with warm water and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
