This variation enhances the inherent beauty of Zellige tiles. For an optimal aesthetic, blend the tiles before installation, ensuring an even distribution of colour and imperfections. Given the significant colour and texture variation in these handmade tiles, it is advisable to sample multiple pieces to fully appreciate their unique qualities. For tile cuts, breakages, and future repairs, we recommend an overage of 10%. However, if your project requires a more refined look with minimal imperfections, consider a 20% overage for selective choices. Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

•  Low hanging trees and bridges.

•  Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

•  No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

•  Unfinished tracks and roads.

•  Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

•  Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
