Estimates are not guaranteed; express does not shorten backorder or special-order lead times. Regional holidays and specialist freight can affect the final date.

Product story
Architectural Continuity: Klifface White Matt 60x60cm
Transform your living space into a modern sanctuary with the Klifface White Matt Porcelain Tile by Minoli, a premium large-format tile designed for seamless floor and wall installations.
Part of our prestigious Stone Effect Collection, the Klifface White series captures the raw, organic beauty of natural stone with a refined, contemporary edge. This 60x60cm format is crafted from 10mm thick high-performance porcelain (Product Code: VC03687), offering superior durability and a sophisticated matt finish that is soft to the touch yet incredibly hard-wearing. The luminous White colourway provides a bright, expansive foundation that reflects light to enhance the sense of space in any room. With its rectified edges, Klifface White allows for ultra-narrow grout joints, creating a continuous "slab" effect that is ideal for luxury open-plan living areas, kitchens, and boutique bathrooms. Featuring a V2 moderate shade variation, these tiles offer an authentic mineral aesthetic that brings a sense of prestigious architectural quality to your home.

Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.
Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. For floor installations, ensure 100% bed coverage to provide a permanent bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint for rectified tiles. A light grey or off-white grout will maintain the luminous feel of the White Matt finish.
- Cleaning: Maintain the porcelain with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Porcelain is highly resistant to stains, but avoid oily cleaners that could leave a film on the matt surface.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.
