- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible porcelain tile adhesive. For floor installations, ensure 100% bed coverage to ensure a permanent and robust bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint for rectified tiles. A light silver or neutral grey grout will complement the Pearl palette and enhance the seamless appearance.
- Cleaning: Maintain the porcelain with warm soapy water and a microfibre mop. Avoid oily or wax-based cleaners that could leave a film on the matt surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
