A decorative metal-effect porcelain feature tile, supplied as a coordinated set of two designs — Ionic White Impact Décor from Hyperion Tiles.
Ionic White Impact Décor adds relief, rhythm and quiet drama to a feature wall. Two complementary patterned faces (A and B) work together across a run, their softly lustrous white surface catching the light to create depth and movement without overwhelming a scheme.
Made in glazed porcelain with a lustre finish and rectified edges for a crisp, near-seamless join, it is designed as a decorative statement for internal walls — the perfect partner to the plain tiles in the Ionic range.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for large-format porcelain, and take care to protect the textured face during fixing.
- Layout Options: Alternate the two designs for a full patterned run, or punctuate a field of plain Ionic tiles to create a feature.
- Cleaning: Wipe with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
