Finished with a Matt glaze, these glass tiles provide a non-reflective, velvet-like surface that highlights the clean geometric lines of the hexagonal grid.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Grout: We recommend a high-quality flexible waterproof or epoxy grout. A Charcoal or Dark Grey grout will create a seamless look, while a light grey can accentuate the hex shape.
- Adhesive: Use a white flexible adhesive to ensure the smoky glass tone is preserved and to provide a robust bond with the Poly-Dot backing.
- Cleaning: Maintain the matt surface with pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the protective matt glaze over time.
- Layout: To showcase the large 51mm hexagon format, ensure your layout is centred on your feature wall or floor area to provide balanced cuts at the perimeter.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
