Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Product story
A Gridded Repeat in Cream and Biscuit
Cream and biscuit tones make the Greenway diamond grid almost tonal, a repeating floral motif that gives a room texture rather than colour, and it is supplied as a single unit from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Where the grey version emphasises structure, taupe emphasises surface. The pattern is still fully drawn, but the low contrast means it behaves like a woven matting underfoot, particularly in bedrooms, dressing rooms and the quieter end of a kitchen. It also gives darker joinery something warm to sit against.
The specification is porcelain, 298 x 298mm, 8mm deep, matt, straight-edged. Each tile accounts for 0.0888m² of face. A box holds six. Original Style put the coverage at 11.11 tiles per square metre. Sheltered courtyards and garden rooms come into scope as well, since outdoor walls and floors are permitted.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Use flexible adhesive and a flexible grout in a close tone; a dark joint would impose a grid the pattern is deliberately avoiding.
- Layout: Because the contrast is low, joint width does most of the visual work. Keep spacers consistent and clean the joints as you go.
- Cleaning: Apply sealer in advance of grouting, and once more after residue has been removed; that is what the manufacturer specifies for these tiles. Neutral cleaner, warm water, and a soft mop for everyday care. Nothing abrasive is required, and abrasive pads will burnish a matt face unevenly.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
