⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing: As these are unglazed Victorian tiles, we highly recommend sealing them before grouting (to prevent staining) and again after installation is complete. A suitable impregnating sealer should be used.
- Grout Width: For an authentic Victorian look, we recommend a tight grout joint of approximately 2mm.
- Grout Colour: Use a light grey cement-based grout. Avoid dark or black grouts as they can permanently stain the white sections of the tile.
- Layout: Dry lay your border pattern first to ensure the corners meet correctly. You may need specific "Corner" pieces (often 53x53mm) to turn 90-degree angles seamlessly.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
