A frostproof cream concrete-effect porcelain in a versatile 60 x 60cm format — Granite Cream Matt from Hyperion Tiles.
Granite Cream carries a warm, neutral concrete tone across a large square format, its soft movement lending floors and walls an easy, contemporary calm. The rectified edges keep grout lines tight for a clean, expansive finish.
Made in glazed porcelain with a matt surface, it is frostproof and rated F3 for moderate-traffic floors with R9 slip resistance — equally suited to internal floors and walls or a sheltered external wall.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for large-format porcelain. Outdoors, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay in a stacked or brick-bond pattern, shuffling tiles from several boxes to make the most of the V2 shade variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
