Fixing advice
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.
- Estimates are a planning guide: joint width, tile size, trowel and substrate all change the final quantity. Confirm the fixing system with your installer, or call us on 01344 620211.

Product story
Warm & Natural: Fraser Oak 10x10cm
Bring the warmth of natural timber into your home with the Fraser Oak 10x10cm wood-effect tile from Hyperion Tiles.
Introduce the timeless warmth of natural timber with Fraser Oak, a beautifully realistic wood-effect tile finished in soft, golden honey tones. Digitally printed to capture the gentle grain, subtle knots and lived-in character of real oak, it brings an airy, welcoming feel to any room while sidestepping the upkeep that solid wood demands.
Because it is crafted from Italian glazed porcelain rather than timber, Fraser Oak is impervious to moisture, hardwearing underfoot and endlessly easy to live with. It is equally at home layered across an open-plan kitchen floor, run up a feature wall, or extended onto a sheltered external wall to blur the line between inside and out.

Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.
Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain. A tonal grout keeps the timber effect looking natural and seamless.
- Layout Options: The petite 10 x 10cm square is wonderfully versatile. Set it in a neat grid for a retro-inspired finish, mix colourways for a chequer effect, or use it to add fine detail to splashbacks and smaller zones.
- Cleaning: Simply sweep and clean with warm water and a mild floor cleaner. The matt glazed surface needs no sealing and resists everyday wear beautifully.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.
