Flood your rooms with light from the ground up with Elora Blanco, a matt porcelain stone-effect floor tile in a generous 100 x 100cm format from Hyperion Tiles.
Elora Blanco layers creamy whites over the gentlest stone texture, rated V2 for slight variation so the floor reads as one calm, luminous plane. With only one metre-square tile per square metre, grout lines all but disappear, amplifying space and daylight.
This 7mm glazed porcelain tile has a matt, R9-rated surface with rectified edges, made for internal floors. It brightens kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living spaces, and is an excellent partner for underfloor heating.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a white flexible adhesive for large-format porcelain to avoid shadowing through pale tiles; match with an ivory grout.
- Layout Options: A flat substrate and levelling clips give a seamless, lippage-free finish that makes the most of the metre-square format.
- Cleaning: Sweep and damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. The glazed surface resists stains and never needs sealing.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
