Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Can I use this tile on the floor?

No. The 30x60cm format of the Minoli Dual range is a 7mm thick rectified ceramic tile designed specifically for wall use. It is not structurally intended to withstand foot traffic. (If you require a matching floor tile, the 60x60cm version in this collection is made of highly durable porcelain).

Do these tiles need to be sealed?

No. While they beautifully mimic the look of natural European stone, they are made from modern glazed ceramic. This means they are completely non-porous, highly stain-resistant, and do not require any sealing or specialist maintenance.

What does the Dual design look like?

The Dual collection is inspired by stone from Central Europe. It features a gently mottled pattern that adds a discernible level of depth and subtle organic texture to the crisp white surface, preventing the walls from looking flat or sterile.

What does "Rectified Ceramic" mean?

Rectified means the edges of the tile have been mechanically trimmed after the firing process to ensure they are perfectly straight and uniform. This precision allows your tiler to use much narrower grout lines, resulting in a cleaner, more seamless, and modern finish on your walls.

What colour is Tortora?

Tortora translates to dove in Italian. In interior design, it refers to a highly versatile, warm taupe or grey-brown tone. It is a fantastic earthy neutral that pairs perfectly with a wide range of materials and colour palettes.

Suitability: This specific 30x60cm format is crafted from 7mm ceramic and is strictly rated for Walls only. It is not suitable for floor use.
Adhesive & Grout: Use a suitable ready-mixed or powdered wall tile adhesive. We recommend using a warm grey or beige grout to complement the Dual Tortora tone and maintain a seamless look across the textured surface.
Maintenance: This glazed ceramic tile is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing and can be easily cleaned with standard neutral bathroom or kitchen surface cleaners.
