- Variation: Expect significant variation in colour and texture. We strongly recommend dry-laying tiles from multiple boxes before fixing to ensure an attractive blend.
- Adhesive: Always use a white flexible cement-based adhesive. Dark adhesives can shadow through the light stone and spoil the finish.
- Cleaning: Never use harsh acidic cleaners (like bleach or vinegar) on limestone, as they will dissolve the surface. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
