The Direction Collection forms part of Minoli's highly sought-after Core Range, celebrated for creating sleek, minimalist interior design styles. The Pearl colourway provides a beautiful, light neutral grey tone that effortlessly brightens spaces while maintaining a soft, industrial edge. Crafted from incredibly durable, 8mm thick Rectified Porcelain in a large, expansive 60x60cm format, this tile boasts a tactile Matt Natural finish. Enhanced with an R10 slip resistance rating and a V2 Moderate shade variation, it offers a practical, stylish, and highly realistic poured concrete look.

- Suitability: Rated for both Walls and Floors. It is fully frost-resistant.
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive. We recommend using a matching pale grey grout, such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan or 112 Medium Grey, to blend seamlessly with the Pearl tone and enhance the continuous concrete look.
- Maintenance: This glazed porcelain is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing and can be easily cleaned with standard neutral floor detergents, offering zero maintenance compared to real poured concrete.
Samples
Tone, glaze and veining can read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free; sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and is refunded on tile orders over £50 using the code emailed with your sample order. Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
