- Suitability: Rated for both Walls and Floors. It is fully frost-resistant and suitable for varied environments.
- Pattern Distribution: These tiles are supplied as a random assortment of patterns. We strongly recommend taking tiles from several boxes and laying them out "dry" before fixing to ensure an even and pleasing distribution of designs across your space.
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive. A neutral, warm grey or beige grout is recommended to blend seamlessly with the Osso (bone) base colourway.
- Maintenance: Unlike real cement encaustic tiles, this glazed porcelain is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing and can be easily cleaned with standard neutral floor detergents.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
