Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

Do these tiles need to be sealed?

No. While they beautifully mimic the look of traditional cement, they are made from modern glazed porcelain. This means they are completely non-porous, highly stain-resistant, and do not require any sealing or specialist maintenance.

Can I use them on the floor?

Absolutely. At 10mm thick, these porcelain tiles are incredibly robust and perfectly suited for floor use. The R9 matt finish provides a suitable level of grip for kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways.

What colour is Mud?

Mud is a highly versatile warm brown-grey tone (often described as greige or taupe). It is specifically designed to offer the authentic, textured look of raw concrete but with an added warmth that makes interior spaces feel very inviting.

Can I mix this colour with patterned tiles from the collection?

Yes, the De-Segni collection is designed to be modular. The plain Mud base colour looks fantastic when paired alongside the warm-toned patterned decor tiles in the range (such as the De-Segni Decor Random Warm Mix) to create beautiful borders, feature walls, or patchwork tile rugs.

⚠️ Installation & care

Suitability: Rated for both Walls and Floors. It is fully frost-resistant.
Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive. We recommend using a warm grey or beige grout, such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 132 Beige 2000, to blend seamlessly with the Mud tone and enhance the continuous concrete look.
Maintenance: This glazed porcelain is completely non-porous. It does not require sealing and can be easily cleaned with standard neutral floor detergents, offering zero maintenance compared to real cement.
