- Suitability: Rated for Walls only. This specific 25x50cm format is made from 8.5mm red-bodied ceramic, which is perfect for walls but not suitable to withstand floor traffic. It is for indoor applications only.
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality ready-mixed or flexible cement-based wall adhesive. A white adhesive is always recommended for lighter tiles to prevent any dark shadowing from showing through the glaze.
- Grout Recommendation: To complement the pale pearl grey tone, we recommend a coordinating light grout such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan.
- Maintenance: The glazed matt finish is completely non-porous. Simply wipe down with a soft cloth and a neutral bathroom or kitchen cleaner to keep the surface pristine.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
