- Sealing is Mandatory: As a natural marble product, these tiles are porous. You must seal them before and after grouting with a high-quality impregnator (e.g., Lithofin MN Stain Stop) to prevent staining.
- Natural Variation: Marble is a product of nature. Expect extreme variation in veining. Some tiles may have heavy white veins, others may be nearly solid black. Shuffle tiles from multiple boxes for a balanced look.
- Adhesive: Always use a white flexible adhesive (e.g., Keraquick White) to prevent staining or shadowing from the back of the tile.
- Cleaning: Avoid acidic cleaners (like vinegar or bleach) which will etch the marble surface. Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
