Fired Earth returns: contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. The complete tile order must be returned; part-order and surplus-tile returns are not accepted. For an authorised complete-order return notified within 14 days, no standard restocking fee applies. We’ll confirm the return route before anything is sent back.

Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.
- Estimates are a planning guide: joint width, tile size, trowel and substrate all change the final quantity. Confirm the fixing system with your installer, or call us on 01344 620211.

Italian Conglomerate Stone, Versatile Format: Ceppo Mix 30 x 60cm
A characterful pebble-inclusion stone-effect porcelain in a versatile 30 x 60cm format — Ceppo Mix from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Ceppo takes its cue from Ceppo di Grè, the distinctive conglomerate stone of northern Italy, where scattered pebbles and mineral fragments are set into a fine matrix. That unmistakable surface is faithfully captured here in a matt porcelain, giving real depth and texture underfoot.
The Mix colourway marries grey and beige tones within each tile, adding extra depth, movement and warmth to a scheme. The 30 x 60cm format is easy to lay brick-bond, stacked or straight across floors and walls. As a through-body porcelain it is frostproof, impervious and needs no sealing — rated for walls and floors, wet rooms and underfloor heating, indoors and out.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive and a tonal grout. For wet and external areas, specify a frost-resistant, exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay with a 3mm joint, shuffling tiles from several boxes so the pebble detail and shade variation flow naturally across the surface.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. This matt porcelain needs no sealing and shrugs off splashes, steam and frost.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
