- Mesh Backing: The tiles come on a 30x30cm mesh sheet. You can easily cut through the mesh with a craft knife to create strips or fit around drains.
- Adhesive: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for porcelain. Always use a white adhesive for this light tile to prevent colour shadowing.

- For a seamless blend, use a white or off-white grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 103 Moon White.
- For a subtle definition, use a light grey like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan.
- Sealing: As a rectified porcelain product, it is non-porous and does not require sealing, making maintenance simple.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
