Fired Earth returns: contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. The complete tile order must be returned; part-order and surplus-tile returns are not accepted. For an authorised complete-order return notified within 14 days, no standard restocking fee applies. We’ll confirm the return route before anything is sent back.

Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: natural stone normally needs a suitable impregnating sealer before grouting and again as required after installation.

A Jewel-Cut Marble Mosaic: Carrara White Jewel Mosaic
Faceted, jewel-shaped pieces of genuine Carrara marble on a 30.5 x 30.5cm sheet — Carrara White Jewel Mosaic from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Quarried in northern Italy, Carrara marble brings a soft white ground and delicate grey veining to this elegant geometric mosaic. The interlocking jewel motif adds gentle movement and light to a bathroom wall, powder-room feature or kitchen splashback.
Honed to a smooth matt finish, every sheet is natural stone, so tone and veining vary subtly from one to the next. As a porous marble it should be sealed, and it will reward that care for many years.

Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a white, rapid-set flexible adhesive and a light, tonal grout. Seal the marble before grouting to prevent staining, and avoid dark or pigmented grouts that can mark the stone.
- Layout Options: Lay with a fine 3mm joint, shuffling sheets from several boxes to blend the natural veining across the surface.
- Cleaning: Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner, never acidic or bleach-based products. Re-seal periodically to keep the marble protected.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
