Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Serene Large-Format Stone: Bord Bone
Create calm, expansive spaces with Bord Bone, a 60 x 120cm matt porcelain stone-effect tile from Hyperion Tiles.
Bord Bone is a study in quiet refinement: a soft bone-beige ground threaded with the faint mineral movement of natural stone. Its V2 slight variation keeps large floors serene and unified, while the generous 60 x 120cm format stretches rooms visually with far fewer grout lines.
Made from glazed porcelain with a smooth matt finish, Bord is rectified for tight, architectural joints and just 9mm thick. It is suitable for internal walls and floors as well as external walls, and the frostproof body means patios and porches can share the same elegant surface.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible porcelain adhesive and back-butter each tile for full coverage; a bone or jasmine flexible grout keeps joints invisible.
- Layout Options: Lay in a broken bond with a maximum one-third offset, or stack vertically on walls for clean, hotel-style lines.
- Cleaning: No sealing required — mop with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
