Installation Methods:
- Loose Lay: Can be laid on compacted gravel or sand for a permeable surface.
- Pedestals: Ideal for balconies and roof terraces to allow for drainage and cabling underneath.
- Adhesive: Can be fully bonded to a concrete base for a driveway-strength finish.
- Cutting: 20mm porcelain is extremely hard. You must use a wet saw with a continuous rim diamond blade specifically designed for 20mm porcelain.
- Cleaning: Highly resistant to moss and algae compared to natural limestone. A simple pressure wash (on a wide spray setting) is usually sufficient to keep the white tone looking fresh.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
