⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Heavy Lifting: These slabs are extremely heavy (approx. 60kg+). Professional installation with mechanical suction lifters or a 2-3 person team is essential to prevent injury and damage.
- Pedestals: When using pedestals, you must use a central support pedestal in the middle of the slab (in addition to the corners) to support the weight and prevent breakage under load.
- Cutting: 20mm porcelain is very hard. Use a high-quality wet saw with a continuous rim diamond blade designed for 20mm tiles.
- Cleaning: Highly resistant to algae and moss. A pressure wash (on a wide setting) is usually sufficient to keep them looking pristine white.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
