- Mesh Backing: The tiles come on a mesh sheet with interlocking edges. When installing, ensure the sheets are spaced correctly so the grout lines between sheets match the width of the grout lines within the sheet.
- Adhesive: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive. For black tiles, a grey adhesive is generally suitable.

- For a subtle look, use a dark grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 114 Anthracite or 120 Black.
- For a graphic contrast, use a lighter grey like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan to outline the hexagons.
- Cleaning: Clean thoroughly immediately after grouting to remove any haze from the textured surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
