⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Suitability: Designed specifically as a lightweight Wall Tile. It is not suitable for floor installations.
- Adhesive: Always use a white flexible wall tile adhesive. Using a grey adhesive can cause unwanted shadowing through light-coloured ceramic glazes.

Grout Recommendation:
- For a seamless, pure white wall, use a brilliant white grout such as Mapei Ultracolour Plus 100 White.
- For a subtle, defined brick effect, use a soft contrasting tone like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 103 Moon White or 110 Manhattan (Light Grey).
- Maintenance: This ceramic tile does not require any sealing. Clean regularly with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. The matt finish is excellent at hiding minor watermarks in shower enclosures.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
