Fired Earth returns: contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. The complete tile order must be returned; part-order and surplus-tile returns are not accepted. For an authorised complete-order return notified within 14 days, no standard restocking fee applies. We’ll confirm the return route before anything is sent back.

Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

A soft, concrete-grey porcelain square with the quiet character of poured cement — Barbican Moor Lane from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Made in Italy, Barbican captures the pared-back beauty of polished concrete in a hard-wearing glazed porcelain. The Moor Lane tone is a gentle, mid-grey neutral, mildly figured with a soft surface texture that reads as cement one moment and natural stone the next — the perfect foundation for an industrial, loft or quietly contemporary scheme. The generous 60 x 60cm square gives a calm, uninterrupted expanse underfoot with fewer grout lines.
In matt-finish porcelain it is low-maintenance and needs no sealing — specified for interior walls and floors, wet room floors and underfloor heating.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and a soft grey grout for a seamless concrete finish. For wet areas, specify a suitable tanking system and a water-resistant adhesive and grout throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay with a 3mm joint, shuffling tiles from several boxes to make the most of the gentle shade movement across the surface.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild pH-neutral cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists splashes and steam.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
