Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.
- Estimates are a planning guide: joint width, tile size, trowel and substrate all change the final quantity. Confirm the fixing system with your installer, or call us on 01344 620211.

Product story
Warm Organic Texture: Bamboo Porcelain Mosaic Caramel
Introduce a sense of natural warmth and modern geometric rhythm to your home with the Bamboo Porcelain Caramel Mosaic by Ca' Pietra, a contemporary kit-kat tile that offers a rich, earthy aesthetic.
The Bamboo collection is a designer favourite for its slender, elongated format that provides a sophisticated tactile element to interior walls. In this inviting Caramel finish, the tiles provide a soft palette of golden brown and toasted honey tones, creating an organic look that pairs perfectly with stone, wood, or brass accents. These mosaics are mounted on a flexible 215x295mm mesh backing, ensuring a straightforward installation on flat walls or more complex architectural curves like kitchen islands and alcoves. Crafted from 8mm thick porcelain, these tiles are robust and water-resistant, offering a prestigious and low-maintenance finish for luxury bathrooms and bespoke kitchens.

Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.
Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality white flexible porcelain tile adhesive to ensure a clean finish and a secure bond.
- Grout: We recommend a 2mm grout joint. Use a matching warm brown grout for a seamless effect, or a light cream grout to highlight the linear kit-kat format.
- Cleaning: Maintain the satin finish with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the porcelain surface over time.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.
