Patterned Mediterranean Character: Bahia Jade - Tetuan Décor 15 x 15cm
An intricately patterned jade-green glazed porcelain feature tile in a classic 15 x 15cm square, from Hyperion Tiles.
The Tetuan decor lays a traditional Moorish motif over a rich jade ground, turning each tile into a small work of Mediterranean craft. Its polished gloss glaze lifts the green and lets the pattern catch the light, making it ideal for feature walls, splashbacks, decorative borders and pool surrounds. Use it as a bold full panel, or mix it through the plain Bahia Jade for a softer, hand-laid feel.
Made in glazed porcelain, it is frostproof and rated F3 for floors with moderate domestic traffic, and is approved for internal walls and floors, external walls and swimming pool tanks, carrying its pattern from an indoor feature to a sheltered terrace.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout. For pools and external walls, specify a fully water-resistant, frostproof exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Set as a solid feature panel for maximum impact, as a border, or interspersed with plain Bahia tiles for a softer, patchwork effect.
- Cleaning: Sweep and wipe with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
