A warm, stone-effect glazed porcelain in a large 59.8 x 59.8cm square, equally at home on floors and walls — the Athens Beige Mat from Hyperion Tiles.
Athens Beige carries the soft, sunlit character of honed limestone across a generous square format. Laid over a floor, its warm sandy tones and gentle V2 shading create a calm, expansive surface that flatters both period and contemporary rooms.
Made in glazed porcelain with a matt finish, it is frostproof and rated F4 for heavy domestic floor traffic — a hard-wearing, low-maintenance choice for kitchens, hallways and bathrooms, and just as handsome run up a wall.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a quality flexible adhesive and grout suited to large-format porcelain, bedding fully to support the square across a floor.
- Layout Options: Lay in a straight or brick-bond pattern and shuffle tiles from several packs to make the most of the V2 shade variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
