To achieve the iconic geometric pattern, the Star and the Cross shapes must be installed together. They are sold separately to allow you to mix colours if desired, but you must order both to complete the design. Generally, you will require exactly the same quantity of each shape (approximately 23 Stars and 23 Crosses per square metre).

Are the Ca'Pietra Fez tiles suitable for bathroom floors?

Yes. The Fez collection is manufactured from robust porcelain, making it structurally perfect for interior floors. The Cotto colourway features a matt surface with an R10 slip rating, which provides a safe level of traction for residential floors, including wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

Do these Moroccan-effect porcelain tiles require sealing?

No. This is one of the greatest advantages of the Fez collection. While authentic cement or clay Moroccan tiles require rigorous sealing, these tiles are made from glazed porcelain. They are completely non-porous and do not require any specialist sealing before or after installation.

Can I mix the Cotto and White colours together?

Absolutely. Because the Star and the Cross shapes are manufactured to perfectly interlock, you have the creative freedom to mix the two colourways.
