A Slim Margin That Gives Back Almost All The Floor
Simple Border 1 is the plainest of the running margins, drawn with nothing at all in it so that the colours you choose become the entire character of the edge, run out by the linear metre from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
In a small room a deep, decorated frame eats the floor it is meant to be framing. A plain narrow run solves that by giving the field a clean boundary and taking almost nothing back, which is why it suits cloakrooms, porches and passages better than anything ornamented.
Every component is vitrified ceramic at 9mm with the colour in the body and a matt face, ordered by the linear metre against the perimeter. The exterior rating means one margin can frame a doorstep and the floor behind it as a single continuous idea.

- Setting Out: In a small room set the border to the walls you actually see, and let the cuts fall behind a door rather than along the main sight line.
- Adhesive & Grout: Cement-based flexible adhesive and a fine, even joint, because a wide grout line will visually consume a border this slim.
- Sealing & Cleaning: No glaze means a sealer is wanted once the grout has hardened, and a neutral floor soap covers everything afterwards.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
