Venetian Terrazzo, Reimagined: Rialto Porcelain Oro 60 x 60cm
A golden, sunlit terrazzo-effect porcelain that lifts a room the moment the light reaches it — from Hyperion Tiles, your official Ca' Pietra stockist.
Oro takes its name from gold, and the tone earns it: a soft honeyed ground flecked with finely graded chips that shift between cream, ochre and warm grey as the daylight moves. It is the tone to reach for when a north-facing room needs warming rather than simply brightening.
Beneath the Venetian looks sits thoroughly modern porcelain — rectified to a precise 60 x 60cm, 0.1% water absorption, frostproof and R10 underfoot. Unlike true terrazzo, it never needs sealing.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible porcelain adhesive and, on a rectified tile, a narrow 2mm joint with a closely matched grout so the terrazzo pattern flows uninterrupted.
- Layout: Shuffle tiles from several boxes as you lay to distribute the chip pattern evenly. Order around 10% extra for cuts.
- Cleaning: No sealing required. Sweep and mop with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner — the vitrified surface shrugs off splashes, steam and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
