An authentic reclaimed terracotta hexagon, salvaged from historic European buildings — from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
The honeycomb hexagon is one of the most timeless shapes in traditional tiling, and in genuine reclaimed terracotta it carries centuries of history. Each tile shows significant V4 shade variation — a breathtaking mix of pale sands, warm ochres and deep, rustic reds — with the weathered surface and irregular edges of hand-moulded clay that has aged naturally over generations.
This is real, porous natural terracotta rather than a porcelain lookalike, so it must be sealed. Once protected it is wonderfully warm underfoot, works beautifully over underfloor heating, and delivers instant, lived-in soul to interior floors and walls.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Blending: Dry-lay and shuffle tiles from several boxes to balance the strong V4 tonal variation, and build up the adhesive bed to accommodate the variable reclaimed thickness.
- Sealing (Essential): Natural terracotta is porous and must be sealed before and after grouting with a breathable sealer to protect it from staining.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners — avoid acids, vinegar and bleach — to preserve the sealer and the natural patina.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
