A terracotta-effect porcelain plank in a mellow mix of sun-baked earthy tones — Ramsbury Multi from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Ramsbury captures the soul of aged, reclaimed terracotta brick in a hard-wearing porcelain body. The Multi colourway blends soft ochres, warm oranges and faded reds across the surface, so a floor or wall laid in this tone reads as characterful and lived-in rather than uniform. The slim 45 x 4.5cm plank format lends itself to herringbone, brick-bond and vertical stacks.
Because it is 9.5mm porcelain rather than natural clay, Ramsbury is frost-proof, non-porous and virtually maintenance-free — specified for internal and external walls and floors, wet rooms and underfloor heating, with none of the sealing a true terracotta demands.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive and a tonal grout. A 5mm joint suits the rustic +/- 3mm edge tolerance; specify a frost-resistant, exterior-grade system for wet and external areas.
- Layout Options: Shuffle tiles from several boxes as you lay to spread the natural tonal variation. Try herringbone, brick-bond or a vertical stack.
- Cleaning: Glazed porcelain is non-porous and needs no sealing — simply sweep and mop with warm water and a mild detergent.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
